I find this part of Collings quote interesting: I urge parents to demand that governments, broadcasters and TV manufacturers provide more comprehensive TV ratings systems and support the availability of the tools, like the v-chip, to protect our children." A "more comprehensive ratings system", eh? Sounds like a pitch for a multiple ratings system. Feels like maybe TVL is having trouble convincing OEM's they need to pay for features of V-Gis, so let's try (again) to get the government to require it. Just a thought.
