I think you can still get a copy. It is out of print but I think Vermont Free Press ??? was still selling them a few years back. Might try Amazon or Barnes sites.

I ordered 50 copies to give to clients. Gave my last one to a prospect I met at the gym. Loved it and recommended it to Wharton School but never opened an account......LOL
