Under The Tuscan Sun was written by the guy who wrote those books about France, wasn't it? Peter Mayles? I think I read it, but I don't remember it.

P.D. James I like. I haven't done Dick Francis yet. My guilty pleasure is Elmore Leonard.

The Guterson book is good so far. Snow Falling On Cedars was slow, too, but wonderful. Lapidary in its construction.
