Seems to me that he has been right and we stock holders have been wrong.

Come on, Hank this discussion is getting weird. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. Few of us thought this was going to be a picnic and none of us including Shege knew that McIntyre was going to target elephants for clients.

Hell, Shege didn't know, until a couple weeks ago, that this was McIntyre's strategy. Give Shege whatever credit makes you feel better, but this game isn't over. Only when that fat lady sings will the winners and losers be determined.

Frankly, I have to agree with Bob. Shege's more recent ramblings have been encouraged by your adulation. Sure FSTW is going to sell out for $2 or $3...That would guarantee practically every shareholder a loss and pretty much waste every single one of FSTW's executives valuable time. I am in this for a home run and nothing less, and, I think we will eventually get it!

Your concern over Roger's trading of FSTW is in my opinion misplaced. Everybody has a right to invest in a way that fits their investment strategy. What he did before he became a board member should be his business. His discussion of FSTW appears above board, albeit perhaps too optimistic, and I doubt he made money on the sales. If you don't buy his argument that he needed to sell to satisfy margin calls then fine, but I do and don't have a problem with it....Has happened to me a few times.

Finally, I think 1.7% ownership reflects adequate commitment to the company. I'm sorry that you don't.
