more on the E stock list: FAVEE looks like the most interesting prospect over $5.

FAVEE runs a wireless cable TV service in Costa Rica. Ivana Trump is involved. Going concern warnings for two years. Looks like shareholders equity has dropped to $1.1 M, and subtracting $0.6 M of goodwill, that makes net tangible assets about $0.5 M, so they won't meet nasdaq listing requirements now.

They did file their 10k already, on April 23, so I'm not sure why they still have the E. Could it be because of the net tangible assets being below $ 2 M?

One of their ideas for cash liquidity is to do a warrant call. That's what it says in the 10k. The warrants amount to >20% of shares out, so this might have an impact. However there's no point in playing a warrant call until after a prospectus has been filed.
