This is pathetic... what are the DAMAGES? None. Zip. Nada.

Yes, there were copyright violations. WHO CARES? Are you a lawyer? Id so - WHAT ARE THE DAMAGES? There were no damages to Business Wire, there was no profit made by the perpetrators, there were no sales by the perpetrators.

This is akin to wearing a NIKE trademark/copyright on your t-shirt. Yet Nike isn't fool enough to bring a suit against junior for displaying their copyrighted material on his t-shirt at a Yankees game, broadcast on T.V. to millions of viewers, are they?

Clearly webnode.com was a joke. If anyone was mislead and failed to see the joke, again, WHAT ARE THE DAMAGES? There were no sales made, no money accepted, no individual investors were hurt, other than perhaps myself and others who contracted a severe case of belly craps from being doubled over with laughter while reading the site on April 1st.

You sound like you have a bug up yer a$$ over these people with the rollicking sense of humour. My advice: It's done, get over it.
