Hi Fred, I cant come out this year but I was in Omaha a couple of years ago and there was a WONDERFUL seafood place but I forgot the name. It had HUGE aquariums and beautiful fish thruout the entire restaurant. I tried some dish that was alligator and it was superb. As you can see I have an adventuresome appetite. I figured it would be fun to try it. If you know the place I would appreciate the name so I can check it out again next time I am out that way. Thanks, Dep

Fred next time you are in Kansas City, have lunch at LIDIA'S Italian restuarant. It is the best Italian food I have ever eaten and i lived in New York for 10 years. (Lidia's has a restaurnant there, too.)They have a pasta tasting that is like a journey to Northern Italy. You will need a reservation weeks in advance for dinner though.
