>>>Hmmm, yeah I just noticed TERN down again today.<<<

The only time I can recommend TERN is when it closes above $45.

Michelle, here's one for you. I received an e-mail from DLJ telling me that I can invest in a PSIX secondary.
Please understand that, this is not my recommendation.
It's DLJ's. Now DLJ is the elephant, who's analyst Jamie Kerrigan say's that the "Thing" is going to 285. A Cal girl should be able to figure it out, on her own. Don't you think??
Ps
Our first roll out, is going to be San Mateo.

OT: are you out of DCLK? I did not get back in to the options after selling my calls too early last week. I had bought a small number for a new IRA account at 121 and sold today at 171 1/8. Had an order in to sell at 169 and it filled at the higher price. Some people have been dissing SCH but that's who I use and even when they were down, I got through very quickly on a special line for active traders.
I fear that the price action on DCLK is like VRSN, and the new way of accounting for income may scare some people. Will buy on dips though.
