Dan, thanks. I was able to figure out that the Gel Tech LLC was the joint venture between Gel Tech Inc and Gum Tech Inc. The missing part was Biodelivery Systems that I still can't find in ABI's data base. Gel Tech is in there and still listed in Woodland Hills CA as a wholesaler of Pharmaceutical Products with R Steven Davidison as the owner. From one of the new releases >has signed a letter of intent to set up a joint venture with Gel Tech to co-market and distribute Zicam, a homeopathic cold remedy. Under the terms of the agreement, GumTech will own a 60% interest in the new entity.< the way I read this is that the joint venture (implied Gel Tech LLC) will comarket and distribute Zicam, but it doesnt say anything about manufacturer or own. If you have a reference on the trademark "Zicam", any patents and or agreements between Gel Tech Inc (now biodelivery) and the joint venture I'd like to look into it. Thanks, Mad2
