lolol, BS: Parody is protected by the First Amendment. Note that nowhere in the release is it stated that Webnode was an April Fool's joke. And this, I'm afraid, is quite blatantly untrue: "and then began making false assertions that the company was itself involved in fraudulent investment schemes, according to the lawsuit." Just think of all those MTEI press releases that BizWire disseminated. Did they sue Jack Uselton? And MTEI was, of course, a real fraud. How very ironic.
