Brad - David et.al. Congrats on double digits. I've been out for some time now but my friends that I got into this long ago have hung on and are now actually - hard to believe - making money! I hope you guys make a ton but keep your wits about you. Guilford Securities is a house I know something about and slime is their middle name. They usually take a position well in advance of their "Cold Call" campaign. This might have accounted for the increasing volume even with the usual crummy quarterly report. Couldn't figure that out but it's beginning to make sense to me after today. Now comes the PUMP side of the equation. They're out beating the bushes getting people into the stock. They will then DUMP when they've had enough and many of the issues they touch are damaged for long periods thereafter. If it fails to make a new all time high in convincing manner - get the hell out!

IDX announces merger and management changes:

go2net.newsalert.com

Price was $42.7M (thank you, Guilford, for the amortization burden). Scullion promoted to President of Identix. Some restructuring "streamlining" supposed to save $2M per year. The release actually uses the term 'e-commerce.'.

However, no product or alliance announcement . . .
