Bearded One - as a MSFT bull, I hate to say this, but your analysis is spot on. Oh come on, Drake, you're no MSFT bull. You have to say it in so many of your posts because no one would believe it otherwise! :-) These guys are so incompetent, it was a disaster - It seems that it was worse than being incompetent. These individuals are not incompetent lawyers, they're some of the best in the country. However, they were unprepared. How, why, no one knows.
