Jeffrey Mitchell, William Ulrich and Janice Shell were also the perpetrators of the 1998 April Fools joke called FBN Associates. It appears they took their April Foolishness one step too far. Just a little heads up, Tideglider was a big poster on the Webnodes thread. Just kind of gives you an idea of his pedigree. It will be interesting to see how this lawsuit pans out, especially with Janice Shell living in Milan, Italy.

By the way, I wholeheartedly agree with mskihntr and his earlier post of letting this company do what it has to do and not be managed by a bunch of reclusive thread barrons. If people do not like the way this company is headed, SELL.

Marty, would be an asset to the board, in my opinion, but trying to intimidate the company to remove the loan stipulation just shows how classless we are.

Since it is abundantly clear, that letters to the company will have no effect, I will not be submitting one. If the company should call for a vote by proxey, I would vote "yes" for Marty and "no" for the removal of the loan stipulation.

Let this company be a company! We make up such a small percentage of shreholders, it isn't even funny.
