Timing is everything John. You & I and others have no one but ourselves, to blame for what we went through. Not Noam or MRV, or Pinky. We were early into a co. that is attempting to do some outstanding things is ways that haven't been done b4. We should have expected the 'stumble' considering the challenges. But that was last year & last summer, the summer of 99' looks to be considerably kinder to those who are long MRV, as most of the pieces seem to be in place. Execution will be key & I think you will find MRV up to the task of marketing themselves to their customers. We've come along way, and the risk/reward seems compelling, doesn't it? I've learned a whole lot this last year, paid for it, deserved it, through perseverance we've known the 'cost of an education'. Ya gotta belive that Noam & Co. have learned also. Being in a startup/growth co. environ. is a process, I did one for over 10 yrs. moving every three, Denver, So.Cal. Chicago, Silicon Valley, the Northwest... So many people will tell you that what you are trying to do is impossible, that the 'big boys' will eat your lunch, but they don't, they secretly want what you got, they need the 'fresh ideas'. MRV has had some growing pains, & of course us also;-), but I think that the really tough times of not knowing what is going on, & the subsequent uncertainty, are over. This CC hopefully marks the first of many upbeat ones to come.
