All/ Everyone seems to be harping on Michael's most minor comment. What about the
rest of his comments?

To recap my understanding of the recent events, it is the announcement of the fuel cell
advances and the heater production rates that would qualify as being driven by the
need to exercise the warrants. For these pieces of news, the timing was under the
control of the company.

The Delphi release, on the other hand, came out AFTER it was too late to affect the
exercise of the warrants. The warrants had to be submitted for exercise by the
Thursday before expiry. The timing of the Delphi release appears to have been driven
by an inability of Global to keep a lid on the negotiations. I don't doubt that they would
have liked to hold off a little longer.

FWIW, Delphi has been working on fuel cells as long as anyone else. If all they
wanted was to demo a fuel cell to BMW, they wouldn't have to talk to GLE (or
anyone else, for that matter). Delphi's approach to Global may represent anything from
idle curiosity to a conviction that GLE's technology would put them in the forefront.
Speculating on Delphi's intent without more information is pointless.

I am waiting for details on Delphi's P.O. and any further discussions they have had. As
for other companies that have advanced SOFCs, there are few (but not 'none'). The
Westinghouse system stands out as a good example. Of the smaller R&D efforts,
GLE's seems the best bet.

I am (very) long, and happy with my returns to date. I'm not sweating the natural
weakening after the last price spike; it would be unreasonable to expect demand for
the stock to be sustained at the levels achieved immediately after such a news release!

Look at the volumes traded over the last few weeks. The price HAS to decline with
reduced volume. The fact that it hasn't declined faster is, IM(H?)O, quite bullish,
because it seems to imply that the stock supply declined almost as fast as demand.

If Global announces a big development contract with Delphi, the recent slide will seem
trivial. If not, the stock may not be unfairly priced where it is, given Global's other
avenues of growth and an expectation that they will, in fact, be marketing fuel cells for
remote power generation.

Disclaimer: I don't have all the answers, I never did have all the answers (at least not
since I was 16), and I probably never will have all the answers. If, someday, I do
obtain all the answers, I will let you know.

P.S. Why attack someone's credibility simply because they voice concerns about a company they admittedly know little about? What happened to the two-sided critique of the issues these threads were famous for?
