I always hate those percentage figure guys. Why cannot he be straightforward in terms of absolute numbers or how much of them are AOL members?
It looks to me AtHome without AOL was a DeadHome till they

I want to hear a day within 1999
somebody announcing there are 1 million AOL DSL customers.

(cannot serve large number of simultaneous connections).
