Hey gang! Sorry to be away so long. I'm also trying to overcome a terrible ABSOLUT hangover after celebrating the 8-9 hours I spent with Mike Wallace, John Mahoney, and a few old friends this past weekend. I actually had about four hours alone with Mr. Wallace while the rest of the gang shopped for stuff to bring home from Harvard and MIT.

There are no words I can use to describe how positive I feel about the new company after meeting and talking at length with our new president. I truly believe these guys can do the job and do it right. I think we should all do as much as we can to help the company raise the money to make the plan work and get the company rolling.

Although I have not yet received the packages regarding the Rights Offering, I have received all the Private Placement materials and have begun contacting and meeting with all the accredited investors that I know.

If you qualify, the preferred stock is really a tremendous deal. Look for the details at trinityenergy.com.

From what I heard the other day, the new TERI stock certificates are currently being printed. Also, the 10-SB papers will be filed within the next few weeks, therefore making TERI a "fully reporting" company. My phone's ringing so I have to run. More later,
