Mang: Yes...am aware of it. Does make sense doesn't it and sheds some light on the present situation...old news or not...it indicates to me that the big "E" is certainly more interested than what they report. All parties are holding their cards to their chests very close...someone has the "trump card" and will drop it when everyone least expects it! This behavior certainly reminds me of my favorite game "Go"...an ancient Chinese game...which I am sure you are familiar with. Can't be too aggressive...can't be too timid...all a matter of strategy!
