Don't believe everything ya read—especially a BW press release talking about a BW lawsuit from only the BW perspective. <gg> Somebody pointed out that there's a hole in the system, and Business Wire would rather tromp on the person pointing it out.

What's that about? It's about Business Wire giving themself a black eye.

In response, defendants changed the byline to ''BIDNESS WIRE,'' a name easily confused with Business Wire. [Says them]

That's a real stretch unless you're a complete moron. But then again, BW can't seem to make the distinction, so.......

When Business Wire discovered the hoax, it immediately pulled the Webnode announcement from its website and notified recipients of its wire service to disregard the announcement. Business Wire also demanded that the defendants remove the BUSINESS WIRE mark from all copies of the press release.

They did. BW should have dropped it right there.

IMO, BW has made fools of themselves throughout, and has changed their position and assertions more often than the tides change. But, their egos are bruised, so they are blindly reacting.

In the mean time......... is there a lawyer in the house? <g>
