Yes, Riley G has assured us he's been allowed to "piggyback" on the case: I feel your pain and will be joining their SUIT against you for the Wiley B site. I have talked with their attorney already and they are letting me piggyback on it. I do feel your pain! Riley G I'll inform our lawyers tomorrow to make sure Business Wire officially changes their complaint to include Riley G as a plaintiff. - Jeff

Business Wire is going after an April Fools Prank...I recommend in discovery that you demand copies of all releases by a list of companies that have made, um, certain releases...They are going after a prank, have they ever filed a suit against bogus companies who have caused investors unknown millions or billions of dollars? Once again I note the pleasure people take in another's misfortune. It is wrong in all cases...
