Yes, Riley G has assured us he's been allowed to "piggyback" on the case:

I feel your pain and will be joining their SUIT against you for the Wiley B site.

I have talked with their attorney already and they are letting me piggyback on it.

I do feel your pain!
Riley G

I'll inform our lawyers tomorrow to make sure Business Wire officially changes their complaint to include Riley G as a plaintiff.

- Jeff

Business Wire is going after an April Fools Prank...I recommend in discovery that you demand copies of all releases by a list of companies that have made, um, certain releases...They are going after a prank, have they ever filed a suit against bogus companies who have caused investors unknown millions or billions of dollars?

Once again I note the pleasure people take in another's misfortune. It is wrong in all cases...

It's OK because it was suppossed to be a joke? What kind of rationale is that?!? You see Mr. Policeman, I stole my friend's car as a April Fools joke. Therefore I cannot be prosecuted for stealing this car. The legal system doesn't have a sense of humor. The precedents that you will be judged by are the ones used against people who release fraudulent press releases. Your motivations do not excuse your actions. The ends do not justify the means.
