Hell, why stop there? Maybe they can pass a law which requires every man woman and child to purchase at least 10 shares of a money-losing internet stock per day.

Has anyone done the math for the following ratio?

Amount of money kleiner perkins has made through stock

------------divided by--------------

amount of money those companies have earned in profit

i'm guessing it'll be a really really big number.

Bad news for @Home? (From the AOL thread.)

msnbc.com

Anybody have similar experience? Anecdotal evidence seems to be DSL is more reliable.

HJ, you're kidding I guess but I thought all of those guys were republicans. I ask because I do a little for the local dem party myself. We generally think that if we want a business leader on our side (dem side) then we need a woman. Almost all women are dems no matter how much money they have. A broad generalization but largely true, we find. Marc Andreesen is a dem but hes moving to the DC area with AOL.
