May be necessary to expand on my meaning saying: they do not need to ask shareholders for further authorized nor for splits.

They asked to be polite - You can see in the report to state that the issue is not included. - They will do the split IMO, thus getting to the 4$ mark. - And that's fine with me - This one will be a happy reverse.
