Dan,
I disagree with your statement that the Constitution "granted" the "right to keep and bear arms". I am sure that you didn't really mean it. VBG The enumerated rights in The Bill of Rights are NOT granted but merely recognized, all sentient beings are endowed at birth with those rights and no government or individual may legitimately limit them.
