Hi Bill! Actually, the Board of Directors authorized the split, but its still subject to shareholder approval, so it's not a done deal. You're absolutely right about the dates, though.

Bill,
I think you have jumped the gun a little. The board of APCC has approved the split, but the shareholders have yet to sign off on this. The shareholder vote will be made known on/around May 7th. There is still a chance that the spilt could be voted down. 99% sure this is the case. Might want to research this.
