Messing around with an established trademark is a serious business, along with abusing BW's credibility, such as it is.

I agree with your points about the real scammers who use it. But I can see why BW wants to make an example here. I'm sure the case can be settled once BW gets the publicity it wants.

I thought the purpose of Business Wire WAS prank press releases. This could be one interesting lawsuit, especially when BW discloses the basis for their damages. Do you know if Webnode carries adequate O&E coverage for it's officers and directors? :)
