Great news on OATS. I don't have time to comment on all things OATS did yesterday, but here are the highlights.

1) Beat street by a penny
2) earnings up 20% over last year
3) Purchase 8 stores from GNC in POrtland, OR area
4) Purchase 3 more stores from UNFI
5) Opened new store in Ill.
6) Announced that they have now 450 sku's in private label line
7) Negotiated with GNCI for supply of priv label vitamins and supplements
8) Revenues up 34%
