Guy, Ted is a professional journalist. He earns his living from his position as an announcer. His credibility IS his ability to ensure a reasonable quality of life for himself and family. That is not the case for the vast majority of the posters here. Perhaps his reaction to someone "putting words in his mouth" is more than justified in that context. Finally, I still find CNBC to be a good source of breaking financial news which is of interest to me. I would just like to see it improved. FWIW, Ian.
