Don, do you look at the IIX in addition to the DOT? The IIX is approaching a double top. It will hit it today. The DOT has a lot further to go before it reaches its prior high. The DOT is more of a commerce index than the IIX, but beyond that, I don't know what the materials differences are.

Don,

When would your class sell signal be negated on the NAZ. If the dow is negated after 50 plus points. Then is the NAZ the same or at a smaller number?

Don, re: OEX options: you're correct regarding rate of change; as i have said, low overall OEX options volume makes the ratio suspect.
