Tim...

What I think is amusing is that QCOM is and isn't an internet stock. Many of us who have been attracted to Q as an investment vehicle have long derided the price one pays for AOL for example. Just look at last quarter.AOL has revenues of around 950mil, just like Q, and earnings of only 10cents but what's AOL mkt cap? Anywhere between 125 and 200 BILLION, depending on the day. Now QCOM is attracting both kind of investors, traditional growth investors AND Internutz.

Unless there's a screwup we'll see the price double again by XMAS as it starts to look like Q will earn 7$/sh in 2000 and the multiple expands to 60..
