Did anyone notice this part?

>>>After the suit, ABFG plans to return the money to their shareholders by using it to expand their opportunities! I love that!<<<

I'm not a lawyer but I thought that if someone was a participant in a class action lawsuit they got the money but not according to Kowboy in this case. Is that wrong? But anyway it is nice that ABFG will be using the money they receive to enhance shareholder value. Now if I can just figure out who has said anything that could warrant a class action lawsuit to be filed against them I will research their past posting history to find out what they said.

Truthfully I think a case could be made that would support a class action suit against a person if they were touting a stock heavily and were caught in numerous lies and didn't retract their statements. Don't you think that would detrimental to the reputation of a company and the price that the street would put on such a company?

Um, what money, lol? I'm still waiting for Kowboy's "explanation" of the non-contract with the Astros. Not to mention the "endorsement" by Al Gore, and the "dinner at the White House". Oh yeah: and OF COURSE the Malagasy Republic banned all mining companies except ABFG from working in the country, snicker.

And now Kowpat tells us that what Gerald Sklar did over the last ten years is NOTHING. Just a series of "misunderstandings". Whereas, to judge from his recent posts, WE are the Genuinely Evil People.

Excuse me. I may throw up.
