PLXT, CLAI,RTHM: All three of these are close to the end of the quite period so I would expect a nice move in the next few days. I have started to purchase some of each on the dips.

Don't forget, this is a 2% dilution and may be viewed as giving them wider scope. Their whole "value" is based on the perception of "scope".
