Carl: My definition of intermediate term is 1-2 years. I'd guess there's plenty of water to go over the dam before we'll see the 40's. For one, they have to repair the damage with the analysts, for another they'll have to prove they can compete in the <.18 market, for a third they need to get a significant backlog again, for a fourth they need to reestablish a decent growth rate. As the leader in a growing field, they should be able to do all these but time will be needed. And from my perspective, they ought to knock off all this option repricing and have their people stand up and be counted. All the insider selling is bad enough. Arnie H
