Tinsholder: I'll take the liberty to answer this one.
1. When I was running ABMI (Chrm) Rash hired one Tom Waite & Assoc , (a Mary's Lake, FL " investor relations" firm). upon the recommendation of Claudio Guazzoni, former investor and director of the Company. I was not in favor, Larry Hoffman (director) and Herb Kalman (director) were also not in favor. Reason?
Waite wanted 400,000 free-trading shares up-front with no specific performance stipulations. We gave Rash our advice, but he went ahead anyway. At that point he should have been fired, but he assured the board that Guazzoni had worked with him in the past, and that Guazzoni would probably invest more in the company if we
used a IR that he (Guazzon) had confidence in. The rest of the Board knew nothing of him.

2. It turned out that Thomas Waite had worked with HVSF before showing up on our door-step and so had Guazzoni. As far as I know the rest of the Board never heard of HVSF

3. HVSF is an OTC BB company owned by Jackie R. See, MD
though a private holding company, Biosphere Inc.

4.Afterwards, I learned that David Miller worked for See doing various grunt work and answered to everyone at HVSF where he occasionally drew a pay check. But when Dr. See did an angioplasty, Miller was his lab tech in the cath lab.

5. The last known whereabouts that we know of David Millers is that he is still running errands for Dr. See, who still owns the majority interest in HVSF through Biosphere
