He also agreed that the quad-bottom in the 40's was "the" bottom, so I was assuming he didn't think this sell-off would get to those levels.

I've noticed a bullish MACD divergence in the 10 minute chart for the OSX, which could be good for a point or two pop.

OSX dropped about 1.5% in early trading but was about flat at 10 AM. Looks likw a bottom may be forming. Bought some more FSESX at the 10 AM price and may get more aggressive later today if the lows hold.
