Cameron King has been appointed as vice-president corporate finance and director. His responsibilities include financial strategies, business planning, related matters with the financial community, and shareholder communications.
Gary Choy has been appointed as manager E-mall development. His responsibilities include negotiating the on-site lease agreements with upscale and independent international merchants who will join the complement of www.galabari.com upscale shops. Mr. Choy will be instrumental in securing Web links with the Internet's most traveled Web addresses.
Louise Taylor has been appointed as manager E-mall marketing. She will be responsible for the continuing promotion and updating of galabari.com 's virtual mall store fronts.

The company has arranged a private placement in the amount of $300,000 for a total of two million units sold. Each unit will consist of one share and one warrant for 15 cents. The warrants will be redeemable for one share per warrant at 15 cents in the first year and 18 cents in year two. The warrants will have a life span of two years. These proceeds along with future financing will be used for the working capital requirements of the company.
The company has granted 1,850,000 director and employee incentive stock options at 15 cents.
