Trader: As a non resident who currently uses Etrade, looking for a LevelII broker that will support a Non US (Canadian) account, I have been following the ABWatley thread for a while. I know you have heard of the etrade's price & problems etc. If etrade was a 5 out of 10 for a real time account (10 -20 trades per month). What prey tell based on the same criteria would you rate Watley? Second how would you rate their levelII with some of the other competative threads that I have been following trying to choose from???
