Randy, you're right. In fact, in their case, the process has already started... and they don't know it yet. There is little doubt they are paid short selling touts of the most offending kind. Short Sellers Beware!

Randy; The only people that will end up in court will be: Bryant Cragun (Ringleader?) Mark Harris (Associate) William P. Strong (Bryant's fall-guy? He's the one with a CRD) Lynn Briggs (Associate) John Jerome Cronin (Scummy Stock-broker / HK Crim) Jennifer McMinn-Cragun (Family member and associate) Anthony Tobin (Less-than-truthful CEO of Public Co.) Cragun does not want disclosure. He does not want to be hauled in front of a judge, the SEC, the NASD, law enforcement of ANY type. Strong already has disclosure events in his CRD file, does he want more? Buyer Beware!
