Les, there's not much on the web re. open interest(as far as i know). try this link (and click on the chart there): optionsource.com
here is what i normally do: i look at the options chain every day and make notes of the approximate OI on the most popular strikes(the one's with the highest volume); then i check if there were significant changes. i'll incorporate the OI totals in my little report in the future. that way it will be possible to monitor changes over time. you can also visit cboe.com
where past statistics(on the totals) can be viewed.no graphs though.
