The co may be long gone -- their slide rules are collector's items.
If you do find a source, here is the info from my stash:

53 weeks of 5 days x 2 log cycles.
By 2 log cycles they mean it covers a range of 4 [5 to 20, for example], not 10*10.

Might see if perso.easynet.fr can print it.
