I don't think this company wants to get anywhere near a lawsuit, that nasty word "discovery" would come into it, and whoever they're suing could go through a lot of company records with a fine tooth comb. Of course seeing as how this is a perfectly legitimate bidness, i'm sure the paper server will be knocking on the doors of evil shorts any second now.(BFG) CMB

Thank you Randy...I make money on both sides of the market...when i believe that a company is based on fraud and lies, and I believe Zsun fits that description to a tee, I will short it in a big way, sit back and let it unravel. I get angry because these frauds are targeted at the average investor who cannot short, so if they find a believer here or there and their fraud gets perpetrated. If this goes unchecked, people can and do lose tens of thousands of dollars. And yes, i do make money in the process...but ultimately, thousands of dollars are saved by people being alerted to these frauds. You know the saying where there's smoke, there's fire...well...
