You're missing the point, RTev. Currently, AT&T is "one" of the wireless broadband providers, but with this acquisition, and the similar acquisitions that Sprint is making, the competitive environment in broadband is get healthier by the minute. If you do not think this wireless MMDS spectrum is broadband able, I would suggest you've been reading too many of Bell Atlantic's old press releases. It is fully capable.

The FCC and the FTC would let the ATHM/RR merger pass.
