Joe, there is undoubtedly a downside to having Marty on the board, mainly his posting would probably be lost to the board. However, I believe the pro's outweigh the con's.

This is not an attempt to have the last word , but the following does call for some clarification. You referred to my "statement" that TSIG's management had been deceitful in order to further their own personal gains. I actually said, "Management may have brought that on themselves by being less than open and straightforward on several occasions." I then asked two rhetorical questions: "Has management been deliberately deceitful to further its own gains? Or was management walking a tightrope in an attempt to avoid outright disaster?"

Some people attribute ulterior motives to TSIG management and cite various incidents in which management appears to have acted with impropriety. Since my conversation with Paul Henry, I have realized anew what a tremendous balancing job management has had to do funding exciting new ventures with too little money. Implied in my two rhetorical questions is the suggestion that management was dangerously close to closing the doors and not attempting to deceive and defraud the public for personal gain.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. Regards, Suzanne
