Hi Tim, Bob and Joe (sounds like a movie title <VBG>, I have intentionally not posted over the past few days for what should be obvious reasons. When I was asked by investors if I would accept a position on the Board of Directors my answer was in the affirmative... and it still is. Be that as it may, however, that is a decision that must be made by the Board of Directors itself as well as the shareholders and upper management... and that decision must be based on what they believe is best for the company in the long-term. I, for one, am willing to live with their decision... regardless of what it may be. I am very excited about the progress TSIG is making in becoming a successful superstar. Just review Bob's posts and Sammie's DD site. It should be quite evident that rapid positive changes are occurring that, IMHO, will make TSIG one of the first (if not the first) e-commerce company to not only show dramatic revenues, but a positive bottomline as well. Regarding the stock price... well, IMO, it's like the old story... we threw a big party and nobody came. How many investors outside of these threads and the friends of thread members have ever even heard of TSIG? Most of the recent PRs are dramatic and huge, but who sees them on Business Wire unless they are actually looking for them? That's the reason for Golin/Harris coming on the scene. They know their business and they know our company. Please give them the chance to get the mainstream investment world aware of TSIG. IMO, we have been given an opportunity to invest in a company before the rest of the world learns about it. Golin/Harris is gearing-up to educate the "rest of the world" about TSIG and that time is close by. Please let them do their job... and let management do what they believe is best for the success of the company. Please remember that their money is on the line as well. One of these days the stock price will probably just start moving up for no apparent reason. The reason should be obvious... new investors will be brought in and they are not traders. In the meantime, please don't hesitate to PM me your concerns and/or suggestions and I will fax them directly to Rob Gordon. You will be heard. Be Right!!!... Sit Tight!!! Best always, Marty
