WEBT news WebTrends - Offer -2: To Boost Shrs Outstanding To 12.5M PORTLAND, Ore. (Dow Jones)--WebTrends Corp. (WEBT) filed to offer 2.5 million common shares, with equal quantities to be sold by the company and selling shareholders. In a press release Tuesday, WebTrends said it granted underwriters an option to purchase an additional 375,000 shares to cover over-allotments. WebTrends said it will have 12.5 million shares outstanding after the offering. Funds from the offering will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes. The company said underwriters of its initial public offering plan to release lock-up restrictions Wednesday on common shares to be issued on the exercise of employee stock options. The lock-up release will result in 205,000 shares being available for sale April 28 and an additional 78,000 becoming available through Aug. 18.
