Nextnet, The shareholder information I received indicates that the Annual and Special Shareholders Meeting will be held on April 30, 1999 at 11:30 A.M. ( Vancouver Time ) in the 2nd. Floor Boardroom, Montreal Trust Centre, 510 Burrard Street, Vancouver British Columbia. As I have previously posted I plan to attend the meeting--if anyone has questions I am willing to attempt to ask them at the meeting!
