They are "in Banking Services providing
innovative advisory and
execution transaction services to middle
market financial institutions".

...and are" Market Makers for many
middle market Financial Services".

Called them at 1-800-635 6380, and
James (Dunn?) seemed rather caught off
gaurd when I asked,,,told him of the
DJ announcement and he said they
sold 60,000,,,when i asked why he
stammered something but asserted the
guys at "Sandler O'Neill Asset Management" had the
answer and they were Sandler O'neil Partners"...
Affiliated (LOL).

my guess:

a) It's a Market Makers game man,,,
don't sell, get shaken out,
and you won't play their low volume short game.

or

b) Perhaps, They were not rewarded by USAB with a contract
and are therefore dumping.
