CANADA AM Interview:

Brief summary of five minute interview.

Talk about what kind of business bid.com is.

Addressed the negative analyst report.
- Godin said that every business gets criticism. Godin said that they have not had
an opportunity to respond to the analyst nor would they. If you criticize the
business, then criticize based on their track record. And Godin proceeded to
outline their track record. First company in Canada to use credit card on-line, first
internet company on TSE300, first Canadian internet company on Nasdaq, first
company with auction patent.

Addressed the accounting impropriety.
- Godin said that this is the way that they have been accounting for past three
years and Yorkton was cognizant of that fact. If they had a problem, why didn't
they speak up about it prior to the three underwriting placement that they did.
Accounting method was okayed by Deloitte & Touche, the TSE, Canadian
Securities regulators, the SEC and Nasdaq.

Asked about rumour of takeover by Ebay or some other company.
- Godin jokingly said that he is planning to change name from bid.com to
bid.conquer because they are on the acquisition trail.

Best I can remember.

Victor.
