Just spoke with Barbara at Trinity as I have not yet received any of the Rights Offering materials. I was told that the packages were sent out between April 19th and April 22nd via Third Class Mail.

Depending whether you bought stock directly from the company, purchased it through a broker and/or it's being held in your own name or in street name, it would have been sent out by American Securities Transfer, Inc. (I can't wait until these guys get replaced!!!), ADP, or Andrews & Kurth.

I think the Third Class Mail is the real issue. Also, any packages sent to your brokerage house could take a "long time" to actually reach you (Remember the proxy votes a little while back?).

As one of my mentors repeatedly told me many years ago, "Nose. You have to understand that we always over estimate what we can do in one year and underestimate what we can do in five". Whenever I get frustrated with reality, I repeat it like a mantra.

Just remember, we could have quite easily gone into Chapter 7 as was obviously planned by our recently deceased Bankruptcy Trustee Henry Seals.

Thanks to Dennis Hedke and the other good people on the Equity Committee, Van Oliver and his colleagues at Andrews & Kurth, Dick Guillemin and Bill Ruth who blew the whistle on Sid Sers, and Chris Brown, Steve Webster and Chris Kirkpatrick at the SEC, and of course our incredible management team, we ACTUALLY HAVE A COMPANY TO COMPLAIN ABOUT.

As for the $.0625 per share trade listed yesterday, and the $.375 per share this morning, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.
