On King Arthur's castle: Tintagel Head, the castle I referred to, is by legend King Arthur's birthday. Cornwall, out on the cliffs, a godawful distance from anywhere. A ruin, the wind moaning in sea-caves underneath. If anywhere on the face of this earth is haunted, that's it. Memories from long ago, but strong ones.

Let the kids camp there, if they dare.

Stonehenge is cool, but too many tourists. Look for out of the way ruins, where nobody goes.
