Excuse me if it's a little rambly, I'm hot under the collar this morning!-mike Last week I sent an email inquiring into your estimate of costs pertaining to alluvial diamond mining on the Rio do Sono project, as yet I have received no response. AS FAR AS INFORMING SHAREHOLDERS TO WHAT YOU HAVE FOUND ON OUR VARIOUS PROJECTS, YOUR PERFORMANCE HAS BEEN DISMAL. Now I have some questions which I feel are material to my making judgements as to the quality of my investment. As a shareholder since /95 I ask and expect an answer, if I do not , I will ask the VSE as to my right to know, and what's material and what's not. Have you found any diamonds whatsoever on our various Ontario properties. If so, what size and quality. What size of fancy colored diamonds have you found on the Brazil propertys. How many,quality ect. What information do you have concerning size quality and quantity on the 31 diamondiferous pipes located in the Canabrava property What price did SOUTHWESTERN GOLD sell the 3mm shares for. When will we receive a complete update on all our properties/ Has any colored fancies been found while testing the dms plant Has any fancies been found while sampling the RIO DO SONO PROPERTY. HAS ANY FANCIES BEEN RECOVERED WHILE SAMPLING ANY PIPES OR RIVERS IN BRAZIL, IF SO, WHAT SIZE, WHERE WHEN. This information on fancies is material to me, in order to judge my investment in CNB, as it compares to other exploration projects by other companies. Since the finding of, size of, quality of fancies can effect the potential of any exploration property so drastically due to their high monetary value, I believe any information concerning fancies is material and should be released. I expect a response to this letter, and some answers, if you feel you don't have to inform your shareholders of any of the above, I will inquire of the VSE if you are correct. Not informing or withholding information beneficial to the share price while doing pp etc. are not beneficial and will not be tolerated by me anymore.
